[please apply online] This position is part of the Husqvarna Construction Division North America of the Husqvarna Group. The role is responsible for managing our crucial e-commerce accounts, rental accounts, and other retail.com partners’ online content. This person will also manage open order reports and product delivery timelines. The National Account Specialist will organize and upload detailed product attribute data, format images, videos, information and guides, supplemental content, and proofing products on our eCommerce and retail.com partner’s websites.
The objective is to position the Husqvarna brand as best-in-class, facilitate strong product page conversions, and maximize online sales and visibility. Much of this work is done inside our customer web portals or through third-party portals (i.e., Company-owned portals, Syndigo, Salsify, EdgeNet, WebCollage, etc.).
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assess and implement technology to maximize sales volume and increase market share
  • Develop business cases to support new functionality, changes to functionality, and new processes
  • Collaborate with Information Technology (GIS) and other internal business units and vendor partners
  • Manage projects and influence cross-functional teams to achieve the desired technical outcome
  • Manage B2C tech budgets and timelines, both internal and with external parties
  • Review technologies and explore new developments in the digital landscape to find ways to deliver communications and business objectives more effectively.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
  • Minimum of 2 year’s experience in Sales or related field required
  • BS in Business Administration or other applicable degree preferred
  • Experience working in analytics-based organizations
  • Basic Adobe PDF skills (creation, conversion, graphic design, etc.)
WORKING CONDITIONS
  • Overnight travel up to 20% of the time
  • Work entirely from the home office
